We will act as your eyes and ears locally and execute your wedding needs from beginning to end.

Full Planning

  • Face-to-face, emails and conference calls/meetings, to go over all wedding details, (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, site selections etc.)

  • Facilitate with locating & contracting the perfect ceremony and reception location (Three site visits prior to booking final venue)

  • Create a comprehensive event schedule for vendors and wedding party

  • Provide qualified and expert vendor referrals. We will be present at vendor meetings and tastings We will provide a detailed wedding budget and timeline

  • Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, tipping etc..) Assist with selection process of professional vendors

  • Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors Arrange your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party

  • Coordinate the wedding ceremony and manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors

  • We will be onsite for the entire wedding day

Our Partial Planning Services is the perfect package for those seeking some professional guidance.

Allow Simply Wedding Las Vegas to assist by creating a custom design proposal based on a consulting session. We will not only help you create a comprehensive design but get the proposals from all the required teams: floral, rentals, lighting, installs, stationery (and other thoughtful elements) and help you secure them. We will also be present the day-of to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

  • Custom design proposal for the couple to include: ceremony, cocktail hour, reception details.

  • 8 Hours of onsite wedding coordination (includes the duties of a day of coordinator from package A)

Whether planning a wedding that is big or small, casual or formal, the knowledge, professionalism and assistance a wedding coordinator can provide is well worth the cost. Day-of coordination packages have a eight-hour minimum. For day-of service, the bride will take the responsibility of confirming details and commitments with vendors and all other related duties. The consultant will carry out duties based upon the bride’s planning and preparations. In these instances where the consultant has no previous interaction with vendors, the consultant is only as good as the information the bride provides. For weddings of 150 Guests or more packages B or C are strongly encouraged. If you are providing your own décor you are required to deliver your items to your venue and all elements must be constructed prior to them being placed in your ceremony and reception. If you have hanging items they must be hung by a professional décor company. If you have important items to take with you after the wedding we ask that you designate these requests to a close family member. All DIY items must be cleared out of the venue the night of the event by the couple.

The Elopement

Elopement Coordination Includes

Receive guidance and referrals from a Simply Weddings Las Vegas Wedding Coordinator to help plan a intimate wedding celebration, just for two. Your coordinator is there to send a list of prefered creative partners for you to choose from and to help you plan your wedding day and help you prepare for your “Just for two” celebration.

With consulting services a real time Simply Weddings Las Vegas Wedding Planner is good for an hour of consulting or however long you wish and until you are loaded with all the right information to get you started on your wedding plans! All time is accounted for consistently within the hour. Client cannot break up their hourly consulting below the hour increments. Vendor discounts are not included in this package.
