The Springs Preserve requires a wedding planner throughout your entire day and the Simply Weddings Las Vegas team is there to help make sure you know the ins and outs of the property and to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. The following packages are designed especially for your commitments with Springs Preserve.
We are fully licensed and each service comes with the properties requested liability insurance.

Whether planning a wedding that is big or small, casual or formal, the knowledge, professionalism and assistance a wedding coordinator can provide is well worth the cost. Day-of coordination packages have a eight-hour minimum. For day-of service, the bride will take the responsibility of confirming details and commitments with vendors and all other related duties. The consultant will carry out duties based upon the bride’s planning and preparations. In these instances where the consultant has no previous interaction with vendors, the consultant is only as good as the information the bride provides. For weddings of 150 Guests or more packages B or C are strongly encouraged. If you are providing your own décor you are required to deliver your items to your venue and all elements must be constructed prior to them being placed in your ceremony and reception. If you have hanging items they must be hung by a professional décor company. If you have important items to take with you after the wedding we ask that you designate these requests to a close family member. All DIY items must be cleared out of the venue the night of the event by the couple.
Ceremony Only
For those couples simply hosting a ceremony only at the Springs Preserve, this ceremony collection is as simple as it gets!
Your Simply Weddings Las Vegas coordinator will be present for 3 hours and will check in any suppliers, help guide you and your family down the aisle, and they will be sure that the property is back to it's original condition.
As with all of our collections, liability insurance comes with this package too!

Ceremony + Consulting
Are you planning a ceremony only at the Springs Preserve but you need some more guidance on additional wedding plans throughout Las Vegas? Allow the Simply Weddings Las Vegas team conduct your wedding ceremony and offer an hour of consulting to help wrap up your final wedding plans.

With consulting services a real time Simply Weddings Las Vegas Wedding Planner is good for an hour of consulting or however long you wish and until you are loaded with all the right information to get you started on your wedding plans! All time is accounted for consistently within the hour. Client cannot break up their hourly consulting below the hour increments. Vendor discounts are not included in this package.
